Yoga and meditation have been part of my personal practice since 1995. They have both gotten me through many difficult times in my life and it brings me great joy to now share them with others. I finally became a registered yoga teacher (200+ hours) with the Pranakryia School of Healing Arts in 2018 and in 2020 I became a Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra guide. Safety, strength, and meaningfulness are very important in my instruction and I am delighted to offer private classes, small group classes, special population events, and corporate events. Yoga is not reserved for those with a certain body type or clothing. Yoga is for everyone who wants and needs it. Pranayama is the yogic breath work that can lead to freedom and healing. This practice is a vehicle for profound self-growth. Allow me to guide you on your journey of self-discovery. Allow me to guide you in proper alignment, no matter what your goals are. Sessions are in the comfort of your residence in person or virtual. I also offer class packages. YOGA - NIDRA Yoga Nidra is simply guided meditation that translates to, "yogic sleep." Responses to yoga nidra vary in individuals, but stress reduction and an overall sense of well-being or expansiveness is often reported. I take you through gentle stretches to get your body open and relaxed; what comes next an experience like you've likely never known. Sessions are individual and small group. YOGA - NIDRA FOR CORPORATE EVENTS When we do not feel well, we often do not work well. Allow me to develop a session or a series of sessions to educate and empower your organization to realize a higher potential based on specific and measurable goals.
